Using a holistic approach that blends counselling, mindfulness, and grounding practices, you’ll be guided to process your emotions while nurturing your strength and resilience.

This session is designed for anyone navigating the pain of losing a loved one, the end of a relationship, or life transitions that carry grief. With compassion and understanding, you are supported in finding balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of hope.
